The next workshop in our series will centre around pulling strength, strict pull ups and the kipping pull up technique.

The Nexus coaches will delve into pulling and pull up mechanics, as well educating on the process of building and increasing pulling strength – either working towards your strict first pull up or building reps.

The workshop will end with a breakdown of the kip to build a deeper understanding of the movement, and allow us to transfer the skills successfully from the foundational strict strength.

This workshop is ideal for anyone looking to achieve their first strict pull ups, become generally stronger in their pulling or finally nail down those kipping pull ups.
